RITA TARRAB
Rita Tarrab, graduate of Mt. St. Mary's College, started her career
in retail immediately out of college. She soon moved up the ranks
from manager to children's wear buyer. After working for this company
for 11 years, Rita left to become a trend consultant for an East
Coast children's wear company. With school-aged children, Rita
then left retail all together to become a stay at home mom.
One of Rita’s many school volunteer positions was as a school
coordinator for a Shopping Partnership school rewards program!
Rita was tempted back into retail (it's is in her blood) and she
accepted an opportunity to design a line of children's clothing
for an East Coast based manufacturer. After traveling an average
of 10 days a month for 9 months, Rita was pleased when that assignment
ended. She received an email from Nora asking if she knew anybody
that was interested in working for her. She answered, "YES, me!"
