  1. How Can You Help Your School?

    It’s easy to help your school earn $250 to $2500. Just shop and log receipts from any of Buena Park Downtown stores and restaurants between September 15, 2012 and May 31, 2013. Your school earns ten points per dollar spent with lots of additional bonus points opportunities. Receipts can be logged at Customer Service anytime during the program.   2. Why Should I Participate?

    Free money for your school! Everyone has shopping to do. Why not help your school at the same time? Every participating school earns a prize, but how much is based on the total accumulated points earned by each school. So even the soda or latte receipt adds up! Logging receipts is easy to do – the Customer Service staff will note your receipt total, stamp the receipt and hand it right back to you. Many schools also collect their parents’ receipts and log for them – just check with your school office. Buena Park Downtown is giving away $14,500 in gift cards this year to 25 participating schools.   3. More About Brain Power Mania

    Buena Park Downtown has contributed nearly $180,000 to local schools through the Brain Power Mania program, which began in 1999.  Brain Power Mania will add another $14,500 this year to support school and classroom projects. To Giving Children Hope, Buena Park Downtown and all the people that donated food to the “We’ve Got Your Back” program, which helps feed hungry children in our schools. Brain Power Mania participants have collected more than 41,000 items, and Buena Park Downtown secured an additional $27,000 in donations for the “We’ve Got Your Back” program from ABC7 and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
